Job description

• Minimum of 3 years of Learning & Development experience • Minimum of 3 year of experience in Leadership/Competence development • Proven record of leadership, developing people and organizations • Able to establish process (and is process oriented) • Experience from a global matrix organization and/or participating on global projects • Independent, strategic yet operational, can-do attitude, self-starter • Comfortable with putting together presentations and speaking in front of large groups of all levels including Senior leadership • Passionate about developing talent and about people • Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset but not required

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

• Leads localization of Centre of Expertise Leadership and Competence Development concept, frameworks, approach and process in order to ensure successful implementation in country • Proactively collects and transmits country Leadership and Competence Development needs to the Centre of Expertise • Responsible to ensure that global tools and learning offers are used; keeping country competence and leadership development offer up-to-date • Collaborates closely with Market competence specialists to ensure key goals translate to learning curriculum, as well as coordinating with other functions to develop country specific solutions • Leads execution of country training calendar for both leadership and competence development including securing available and competent facilitators • Facilitates leadership trainings in the country as the local expert on leadership • Implements digital tools and systems that can support an efficient and accurate Competence Management process
