Job specific key tasks and responsibilities
Secure the proper capacities to fulfil our customers’ expectations at lowest possible total supply chain cost.
Manage and prioritize the capacity optimisation to secure the team's activities together with the Kitchen Installation Capacity Planner.
Responsible for developing a qualitative in-house kitchen installation process by detecting efficient opportunities and applying solutions to decrease cost and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the implementation of ways of working and governance needed to secure an optimal kitchen installation, considering both co-workers’ and customers’ needs and expectations.

As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs. Good understanding of the sales, logistics and customer service process.
Solid understanding of all aspects of the IKEA multichannel shopping experience, especially within the kitchen process.
Solid knowledge in stakeholder and change management.
Up-to-date knowledge of the IKEA Kitchen range.
Fluency in English and Hungarian language.
Driving licence (“B” type”)
Ability to work in flexible way (visit customers and travelling between the stores).
