Job description


Together with the Country Store Fulfilment Operations team and under the leadership of the Logistic Manager you will secure goods flow proceses with high quality at lowest possible cost and always with an everyday safe, sustainable and healthy work environment in mind. Contribute to a seamless customer experience with a safe, effective and efficient goods flow process by taking direct responsibility for the following:

-planning and execution of the goods flow processes enabling a seamless customer experience.
-development, execution and optimization of all goods flow operations ensuring the preconditions for a safe, effective and efficient goods flow process.
-excellence in execution and a convenient shopping experience in all channels.
-development of team leaders and co-workers and ensure a living succession plan in the area of Goods Flow is in place.

-Good knowledge of logistics operations performance monitoring and influencing factors.
-Good knowledge of working methods securing excellent quality in all goodsflow processes.
-Good holistic understanding of the supply chain processes in order to understand your functions impact and lead withthe total value chainin mind.
-Good knowledge of Supply Chain methods, policies and requirements.
-Knowledge of all relevant standard operating procedures and legal requirements for Logistics operntions to keep all co-workers and customers safe.
-Good knowledge of resource planning in accordance with potential sales scenarios, forecast and fulfilment flows allocation.
- Excellent planning/organisational skills and problem solving abilities

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Nice to have: six-sigma, lean warehousing, continuous improvement
- National mobility

-Work closely with the Logistics Manager, the other operations managers and Sales and Supply Support Manager to secure a living capacity planning with an effective, qualitative and efficient goods flow process.
-Accountable to ensure that the goods flow team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, all functional relevant SOPs internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
--Accountable for the objectives and goals stated in the Supply Chain Operational Handbook and service agreements with the Transport Service Providers.
-Accountable for leadingthe store goods flow team and work in collaborationwith Customer relations and ESPs(External Service Providers)/TSPs(Transport Service Providers),and the store Commercial Team to secure the highest goods availabilitytoenable customer order fulfilmentat the lowest possible cost.
-Accountable for identifying, recruiting, retainingand developingtalents in the goods flow team to secure a diverse, competentand high performingteam andfuture succession.
