Proven experience (5+ years) in stakeholder management. 5 years leadership experience in changing and or complex environments. Fluent written and spoken English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Programme Manager is responsible for delivering organisation-wide change by coordinating the programme’ s projects and managing their inter-dependencies including oversight of risks and issues arising. It includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits. To lead the programme covering projects from different parts and aspects of the business under the umbrella of development. The role creates and maintains focus, enthusiasm and momentum, and is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme. They develop and maintain the programme environment to support each individual project within it.

You Will:

• Plan and design the programme framework and pro-actively monitor its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
• Define and maintain the programmes governance arrangements
• Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme – focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate, technical and specialist standards
• Manage the programmes budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses
• Lead a function of line reports of project mgrs. and project resources, that are leading projects transforming IKEA.
• Ensure the delivery of outcomes of the projects are to the required quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements
• Evolve the programme in line with business needs and opportunities
• Manage effective communication with all stakeholders
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing project team
• Document the programme learnings, adopting a continuous improvement approach and transferring the resulting transformation capability to the wider organisation.
