Analyze customers's trends in order to predict and optimize current and future commercial opportunities. This is achieved by working in co-operation with all functions in store.
Support manager in executing department commercial plan , activities & promotions as well as support colleagues in your own department and in other areas of the store in order to the efficient work of the IKEA mechanical sales system and the continued success of IKEA Concept.
Understand department action plan and support the goals and targets i.e. daily & weekly sales target, impact of sales on the financial and cost reduction in order to ensuring that the action plan is delivered.
Minimum 2 years sellingexpenrience in a fast-paced envionment, retail business.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Thai.
Good analytical and numerical skills, presentation and negotiation skills and decision-maker with good problem solving experience.
Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to making the most efficient use of resources available.
