What can you expect to do as an Easy Buying Manager?
Secure an easy buying process to achieve customers‘ repeat visit and support a customer focused culture and approach throughout the whole store. Support mechanical sales process. Ensure a positive shopping experience through an operational excellence. Provide a fast and efficient after-sales service. Lead and manage an Easy Buying team (goods handout, exchange & return coworkers, click&collect operation). Cooperate with other functions in the store to secure smooth goods handout and after sales processes. Ensure efficient and cost – effective execution of the IKEA exchanges and returns policy and a customer – friendly handling of complains.
