Job description

Your assignment

  • You provide strong sales and range support to RSI team, SO Sales as well as store matrix to all 4 countries , Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines.
  • You are responsible for the administration of the store range in accordance with the country and store range classification and secure that all relevant parameters are updated.
  • You will support the range change implementation in the stores (News and outgoing process) ensuring NEWs are sales start on time and outgoing are sell out by produce change date.
  • You are also responsible in range management, ensuring the agreed range is stocked and sold in all stores.  You will also provide information on range deviation.
  • You will drive the monthly forecast alignment exercise together with the Sales Leaders to correct forecast discrepancies.


Your profile

  • You are likely to have some experience in product management, sales or logistics.
  • You share the IKEA values and belief in growing business and people together.
  • You are energetic, highly passionate for home furnishings and have a strong desire to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge
  • You are motivated, vigilant in keeping to deadlines, meticulous and able to multi-task, possess good time management skills and able to prioritize well. A strong team player, you have a flair for engaging people at all levels.  
  • You are competent in excel, analytical and is an expert in generating reports.
