Group Treasury Office Administrator

To be successful in this job you need several years’ experience of similar work with passion for service and administration. You should have proven training in HR Administration or equivalent and experience in using digital tools to optimise efficiency. You are fluent in English (spoken and written). You have knowledge in following areas: • IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation • business knowledge and understanding of decision making, management structure and processes. • Microsoft office tools and digital tools to enable a smooth and easy way of working You have excellent administration and coordination skills with the ability to plan, structure and prioritize own workload including diary management to ensure efficient service delivery. You are able to work independently as well as part of a team to deliver towards individual and shared goals. With the capability of simultaneously handling multiple tasks and interfaces you also project integrity, honesty and reliability in all interpersonal relations. You are solution oriented with high levels of flexibility.


To support Group Treasury with administrative tasks to enable team members to excel in their jobs and help to secure a positive team spirit by providing HR administrative support in line with the Service Level Agreements. You will: • plan, prepare and coordinate meetings to secure their smooth and effective running. • plan, prepare and hold bi-annual Group Treasury Introduction Days and the yearly Treasury MT team “kick- off” • execute general Group Treasury administrative tasks • execute HR Administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements • support managers with introductions plan for new co-workers, secure practicalities, access to the office, book Treasury round tour in collaboration with HR Business Partner • introduce HR related topics to new co-workers into Group Treasury. including practicalities like Pro time, TEC • prepare common internal communication material templates • monitor and update content on the IKEA intranet, “IKEA inside”


The purpose of Group Corporate Finance and Tax is to provide expertise and optimise exposure in Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury and Insurance matters, balancing risks and opportunities in the market, support the business in its growth, while ensuring a strong position as good corporate citizen.
