WHO YOU ARE

You ensure that the store is a durable, safe, clean and functional environment for co-workers, visitors and customers. You ensure that the store is well maintained and always looks spic and span. In doing so, you promote and protect the IKEA brand and you strengthen the position of IKEA as the best interior design store on the local market.
You translate the business plan of the store into a clear action plan for your department and you implement the various actions.

You have solid experience as a leader and you are a real team player, which enables you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment.

You challenge both yourself and your team to exceed the expectations of our customers and constantly find new and better ways of working.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

You schedule all internal and external inspections, maintenance and repairs to guarantee safety and control costs.
You conduct regular safety checks together with the prevention advisor.
You are involved in the negotiations concerning tenders for maintenance contracts.
You draw up an annual plan to follow up maintenance costs and help monitor energy consumption in the store.
You motivate your team to work together to make the store profitable and safe for customers and co-workers.
