Our team is made up of passionate experts in all areas and levels of Digital Experience Design: Product UX Design, Strategic Experience Design, Data Experience Design, Experience Design Research, Emerging Tech Design, Digital Taxonomy, Content Strategy, Experience Writing, Optimization Writing, Inclusive Design, Design Systems, Motion Design, and Design Ops to hold us all together and keep us efficient.  

We are growing the Digital Experience Design organization and need passionate Product UX Designers to help drive IKEA into the future!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product UX Designer in the CoWorker domain, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across UX, Product, Data and Engineering, to deliver world-class digital experiences.

On a daily basis you will:

• Create and produce a wide variety of Design deliverables that communicates your designs to stakeholders
• Define strong evidenced-based design rationales for your work and advocate for those decisions
• Contribute and actively participate in agile ceremonies together with a product team where necessary
• Work directly with developers to support the feasibility and implementation of your designs
• Cultivate a deep understanding of users through observing and executing various iterative user research methodologies

This role reports to the Head of Product, CoWorker and can be located in Amsterdam, Netherlands or Malmö, Sweden. Our organization has coworkers in Amsterdam, Sweden, Madrid, Shanghai and Philadelphia.
