Customer Relations Manager

WHO YOU ARE

As an experienced people manager you are passionate about people and you delegate responsibilities to your team managers to help them with their personal growth and development. Your passion for customers is key to ensure that customers are the center of attention for all colleagues, so that the store is a destination for the whole family. You have experience with implementing action plans, managing budgets and following up goals. In addition, you ensure that all customer relationship initiatives stimulate IKEA growth and contribute to long-term profitability without losing sight of the impact on customer satisfaction. We expect you to work at with a bachelor working and thinking level and to create enthusiasm within the Management Team of the store.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

As a Customer Relations manager you are responsible for all customer flows within the store. A perfect shopping experience is what you and your team stands for. You are part of the Store Management team and you directly manage a group of team managers and employees: around 100 people in total. You report to the Market Manager.

We serve an average of 8,000 customers per day in our store and also have the largest online market share. This makes it the most challenging store in the Netherlands! It happens here! To adapt to the rapidly changing market in the Amsterdam region, we are looking for real change managers. Together with more than 600 colleagues, we aim to offer our customers a great shopping experience every day.
