Follow up on employment documents with the recruitment team and the co-worker
Ensure that all personnel documents are archived properly to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary and according the local legislation and internal rules
Check the monthly schedules and maintain the related attendance hours
Maintain/track co-workers records concerning absenteeism, leaves & vacations
Prepare all related monthly reports
Ensure that all stationery/supplies are reviewed regularly and adequately stocked
Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient uniform distribution and stock level
Support the HR department in implementing ways to help improve the co-worker experience
Ability to independently and reliably work on agreed HR actions
Good communication and documentation skills
Social skills and high accessibility
