Job description
  • Follow up on employment documents with the recruitment team and the co-worker
  • Ensure that all personnel documents are archived properly to facilitate easy retrieval when necessary and according the local legislation and internal rules
  •  Check the monthly schedules and maintain the related attendance hours 
  • Maintain/track co-workers records concerning absenteeism, leaves & vacations
  • Prepare all related monthly reports
  •   Ensure that all stationery/supplies are reviewed regularly and adequately stocked
  •  Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient uniform distribution and stock level
  •  Support the HR department in implementing ways to help improve the co-worker experience

Qualification
  • Ability to independently and reliably work on agreed HR actions
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Social skills and high accessibility
  • You are someone with good knowledge of local laws and regulations.
  • You are service oriented, trustworthy, honest, meticulous and independent.
  • You maintain good relationship with people at all levels and committed in meeting deadline.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language(s) and English
