Job description

•    Act as a coordinator/super user to implement all service packs and hot fixes within ERP systems 
•    Responsible for implementing local changes for the ERP (Dynamics NAV) system 
•    Maintain and monitor the ERP (Dynamics NAV) system – which includes schedules, jobs, picking list, E-Commerce, web services, NAV application services
•    Ensure effective communication with the Service Officer, the IT & ERP Specialists 
•    SQL Database creation and administration
•    Create SQL packages and scripts for ad-hoc reporting 
•    Conduct a thorough ERP audit for the company’s applications 
•    Monitor the functionalities of the POS, GFMS, Loyalty Cards and DOMS applications
•    Maintain documentations, business records and manuals for the used systems 
•    Provide support in local store financial and sales reporting process


Qualification

•    Up to date knowledge of competitor activities and market trends
•    In depth knowledge of ERP/SQL/Microsoft Dynamics Navision 
•    Understanding of user experience and user Journey
•    Good understanding of NAV Business Central processes
•    Knowledge of relational database concepts, ETL, TSQL DB administration tasks       Replications, Failover, Optimization, Backup and Restore
 

Skills & Background 

•    Bachelor degree in Computer science, software or IT 
•    3 -5 years of experience preferably in the IT retail sector 
•    Knowledge in E-commerce is a plus 
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•    Outstanding team work spirit 
•    Very good command of English
