• You have proven leadership experience.
• Experience in working with Sales and Customer Relations.
• Knowledge of contact center business is an advantage
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and verbal.

You have good sense for business and a motivation to constantly develop and find better ways of working. As a person you have great communication skills, are driven and strive against goals. As a Team Leader for the Service & Sales Kitchen team your main responsibility is to empower and coach co-workers through knowledge, confidence, trust and motivation so they are always ready to support customers in the best way possible. You work actively to ensure the right competence among co-workers to secure high quality for all customer contacts within the service level. You are responsible for securing that your team reach the financial and commercial goals by communicating them in an open and simple way. You will lead a team of Customer Support Generalists and be overall responsible for the daily operations and report to Service and Sales Manager. You will represent a strong brand with a big social and environmental responsibility and you will be in the forefront to drive develop the customer experience.

This is a temporary position 20201001-20210831 due to parental leave.
We will not start the selection process until mid Aug, why we ask you to be patient regarding communication about the process.
