Solution Area Plan and Balance Sales & Supply (PBSS) is looking for a Solution Owner in the Plan Sales & Demand team that will be mainly responsible for the Sales Planning Collaboration tool.


Job description

The Assignment
SPC is a tool that supports the collaborative way of working between IoS and IKEA retail markets to create a common plan on how to reach sales goals. It is part of the “Plan and Balance Sales and Supply’ process and is a contributor to secure the right supply.
You have the end-to-end accountability for the application and are responsible for securing that the application works in an optimal way today and is capable to meet the requirements of tomorrow. 

You lead the development of your application and are in charge of securing the lifecycle management, requirement management, testing, budgeting and follow up. 
You work in our team closely to our partners in the business, in the process dimension and service vendors to achieve defined goals with best possible resource utilization.
It is also your responsibility to secure that the users of the application understand why and how to use it in an optimal way. 


Qualification

The Right Candidate
We believe you have experience working with solutions and/or ways of working connected to the Sales Planning process. You are motivated by leading and influencing people i.e. working through others; and are able to interact with strong stakeholders – understand them and their needs as well as making them understand you.
You also have an ability to prioritise and assign tasks.
You have communication skills to describe complex topics in a simple and comprehensive way verbally and in writing.

In Plan and Balance Sales and Supply we have the customer in focus. By connecting people and business with information technology we provide solutions related to Sales Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing and Logistics. 
We lead and develop solutions through projects, major initiatives and continuous improvement work. We are located in Älmhult and have roles like Solution Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Solution Architect.
