About the HR Digitalisation

The HR Digitalisation encompasses several initiatives to strengthen common HR processes and tools within Inter IKEA Group, and to build capabilities for us to work more closely together. These capabilities are the foundation for efficient HR processes, supported by high quality and real time HR data for faster and better decision making, to enable value adding and collaborative ways of working and improve the employment journey.

Colleagues from all core businesses - Range & Supply, Industry, Franchise and IKEA Älmhult AB are working closely together with implementation of the new and common digital solutions for People and Culture Capabilities.

We are now looking for a Solution Owner that will support our Digital HR transformation within Range and Supply.

You will work closely with colleagues working with People and Culture co-worker experience based globally, and report to the Digital HR manager within Range and Supply.

About the job

Exciting new digital solution is soon available to us: ServiceNow- HR Service Delivery. The solution is primary there to support our ongoing INGKA HR transition but with the potential to support all of us across R&S to be more effective in our daily work.

We now need to formalise Inter IKEA ownership and build co-worker competence for the new solution. Currently we are getting great support from external partner that will still continue to support onboarding of our small Solution Management team.

Servicenow will enable our People and Culture community to increase efficiency and enhance co-worker self-service to better support productivity, security, and compliance.

You will be responsible for Solution Management and Operations of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery

As Solution Owner you will work with business development, life cycle management and operations for the assigned business solution, having an end-to end accountability.

You will be accountable for solution development, release management and continuous improvement of the solution as well as the run part i.e. life cycle management and solution maintenance.

When working with larger development projects: you will get support from Project Leaders.

You will work closely together with People and Culture process and country representatives to optimize People and Culture assignment with a strong and relevant business solution for:

  • Case and Knowledge Management
  • Employee Service Center/Portal
  • Employee Document Management
  • Process workflows and automation

You will ensure that the users of the solution have a relevant, user friendly and reliable solution that helps them achieve their business goals.

You will manage the budget for the assigned solution, lead the governance forums around your solution and establish ways of working for the solution.


As a person you are passionate about business, people and technology.

You have experience with similar assignment and creating business value through digital technology.

You are curious in nature and capable of identifying new opportunities and solutions to respond to business needs. You are excited by the possibilities that digital solutions brings to improve business performance and co-worker experience.

For this role we believe you have leadership, technical and communication skills.

It would be a great advantage if you have experience working with Servicenow solutions. If no experience: we will support you with the on-boarding required for this role.
