We see that you have:

• Knowledge of Social Media channels, tools and messages.
• In-depth knowledge of communication and excellent writing skills with the ability to inspire.
• The ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.

As a person you are passionate about social media and the IKEA culture and values. You enjoy working in a vibrant and changing customer service environment and appreciate the mix of tactical and operational working. You have great understanding of the social media landscape and relevant channels and have strong interpersonal skills . You have good analytical and research skills to analyse and interpret Social Media specific data and handle multiple priorities and tasks at any one time.


As a Social Media Specialist you will work with CSC’s approach with Social Media from a customer service perspective with focus on fast and qualitative response and create and implement routines. You will be the centre of expertise within Social Media and provide guidance on social media for co-workers with coaching, and also our managers.

You will have a data-driven approach to monitor and track performance of Social Media at CSC. You will continuously collaborate with business units/functions to ensure quality in the customer meeting when it comes to Social Media. You will also train new and existing co-workers regarding how to communicate in social media channels. You will develop CSC’s social media approach together with relevant stakeholders at CSC and Service Office and have continuous dialogue with press office among risk management.

The selection process will start in end of august why we ask you to have patience with the recruitment process.
