Right now we are looking for a Business Navigator on a Temporary Assignment for 1 year in BA TESEC, working with Bed & Bath Textiles.

Job description

As Business Navigator you will work closely with both Range & Product Team and Development Areas across the BA and you report to the Business Navigation Manager. 
Within the HFB dimension you lead and steer performance management and project portfolio management from planning to execution, in order to ensure goal achievement.

Key assignments of this role mean you will:

•    Lead project and development portfolio management including follow up to ensure a balanced portfolio with the right priorities in relation to plans and ambitions.
•    Lead fact-based decision making by being an active business partner giving insights, analytics, scenarios and recommendations.
•    Ensure a strong performance culture where deviations are detected early and acted upon.
•    Take a holistic business view when leading, coordinating and developing effective processes in a connected value chain.

•    Think ahead, understand how decisions impact the totality, see potentials and risks in  processes and projects.
•    Analyse and navigate in the known and unknown

As a person you are humble, have willpower and the ability to inspire, create togetherness and enthusiasm around you. You lead through IKEA values and have them as a base in everything you do. You have an academic degree in finance, economic, business administration or similar. You preferably have experience in Business Navigation or other areas with similar skills and capabilities.
