Right now we are looking for B2B Sales Manager to join our fantastic IKEA for Business team!

Job description

About the assignment
As B2B Sales Manager for Meeting the Customer concept area you will be responsible for how we define and differentiate our customers and how we relate and engage with our B2B customers. You will take a responsibility how we sell products, solutions, services or full projects towards our Business customers. You will take a responsibility for the inputs and requirements of how we define and sign contracts with B2B customers and you will take an ownership for defining the B2B meeting points.

And what do we offer you in this assignment?
• To be part of the creation of the overall B2B strategy and direction and to be responsible for the road map of the meeting the customer concept area
• To Lead and coordinate the conceptual development within the meeting the customer area by involving relevant contributors and take a full responsibility to improve the assigned concept area towards the overall B2B goals and directions
• To lead the meeting the customer stream in the B2B project sales and be responsible for prioritizing development activities.
• To be responsible to create an easy, effective and smooth customer journey, by leading, coaching and supporting different stakeholders with expertise of B2B concept area
• To define and describe a framework for operating project sales within the area of meeting the customer
• To define and develop the improvement areas within the current B2B operations
• To define and maintain the conceptual documentation within the meeting the customer area, including a relevant KPI framework
• To contribute to the development of effective ways of working and guidelines
• To be responsible for the documentation of the area
• To ensure that the concept is effective, well known and applied in the line organizations

• Have a deep knowledge of the residential construction market and you are always up-to-date about external future trends within assigned area
• Have a deep understanding of key account management and project sales
• You are a naturally strong leader and facilitator with proven experience leading diverse competences.
• You have an entrepreneurial drive, you can navigate in unknown, and you are able to act in international group with many different stakeholders
• You have a strong ability to think strategic and make things happen
• You are highly self-motivated and forward thinking person who is always asking questions to challenge convention
• You  have a strong ability to identify development opportunities contributing to innovative and profitable B2B business
• You are a great networker, easily building trustful relationships
• You are a team player
• You have preferably a strong knowledge about IKEA value chain or experience from other companies, from understanding production capabilities to optimizing sales in different touch points
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
